I’m a mom to two of the most amazing beauties this side of heaven, and a decent runner when I have time to commit to it, and I love food, especially whole foods.
I want to help people find easier ways to eat good, healthy food. I want to make it clear that eating healthy is not hard, not as daunting as it can appear. And exercising is not as painful as you think. I like to give advice on eating and exercising, but don’t want to make people feel weird or like I’m judging them.
